Dirty rooms. Cockroaches. This "motel" was not at all up to Hampton standards. All outside entrances. Noisy. Was shocked at the substandard size room. Our room was adjacent to a laundry chute where we heard "heads up" as the maid dumped laundry.

Complementary breakfast needs to be Improved!Powdered Donuts.,and brown Cake donuts are at a Bunch of other Inn's. Awesome would be Krispy kreme's with Coffee.,if not at least offer the above mentionedwith coffee would be excellent. Banana were a little too ripe. Otherwise it was good.

Avoid Hampton Inn at I-10 in Crestview, FL. Old facility and NOT the standard of quality of the Hilton family of hotels. The rooms and the carpets were dirty and the overall property was not to the standard that I expect when traveling for business or pleasure.

I was happy with our stay at this Hampton overall. It is a little dated in appearance and we had problems with the internet, but overall the stay was very pleasant. The staff was excellent as was the breakfast.

This is a very nice hotel located within a half mile or less of freeway. Did not hear any freeway noise during our stay. There are several nice places to eat very near hotel. Good hotel, very clean. Friendly staff, breakfast lady gave me a lovely yellow rose wrapped in a wet paper towel that has lasted 4 days! Would definitely stay again. Only down side was that it did not have a fitness center.

I had to switch rooms due to unpleasant odor resembling urine. The room I switched to was average..updates a must. I was expecting more modern and updated rooms since was a Hampton Inn. everything was great. Room and property clean and very comfortable. The staff was way over the top with being helpful. Lena especially was excellent at the front desk when we had a small health emergency. She was more than helpful, she definitley went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of and happy. Great over all experience.

The employees were amazing - polite, helpul, efficient and professional. The facility while clean and well maintained is old motel construction and shows its age and wear.
