Bathroom door wouldn't close on our first night. Room next to elevator, heard it run all night. On the second day the lock on the room door stopped working and we were locked out until maintenance fixed it..And we only stayed 2 days

I do apologize that you had a problem. I felt I had responded correctly when I gave you a substantial discount and had the maintenance engineer correct the problem within minutes of you letting us know. We love this place! Location is perfect....staff is friendly....front desk is very helpful with any questions you may have about the surrounding area. We wouldn't stay anywhere else. We have stayed here the past 2 years and will be here again in June! Do not pass on this hotel. Great value for the family.

The people upstairs was so loud we left a day early. I believe in having a good time but after midnight no excuse. I had a great time there the first time I went that's why I went back. Also I didn't get the payment back for or the night I was not there.

I agree that anyone making noise that late should be ask to keep it down. I am sorry we did not know of the problem. With the desk open 24 hours, someone can handle a situation at any time if a guest calls and lets us know. I was at the desk when you checked out at 4pm and wish... More
