What a wonderful time we had. We checked in for the Thanksgiving holiday. The rooms were clean and roomy. The staff from the front desk, housekeeping, resturant were excellant. I "won" two nights at the Aku Tiki on ww[--]. I paid $33 a night, including taxes, so was a bit concerned about quality of the place. When I checked in staff was friendly, professional and quick. They gave me a nice room on the second floor with a beach view. It appears that the hotel has been recently renovated.... more

The accomodations were excellant in all respects. The room had every convenience and accessary that I needed, which included much more that I expected. I thought the hotel name and the theme to the hotel was very unique and creative. It was very nice inside and the service was good. I only stayed one night so I didn't get the full affect of the hotel scene but from what I saw it seemed to be a great hotel. more
