The customer service in all areas was excellent. The problem came when we went to bed. The bed was terrible and sagged in the middle. The maintenance men changed it out for another one but it did the same thing. It was a horrible night. ALSO--no balcony so there was no reason to have paid for an ocean front room.... more

My Friend Came into town From Altomonte Springs and we checked into this motel. We had a bad eletrical prolbem in the room and we called down to the front desk. They sent a guy by the Name of David Sir to fix our room. He had no knowledge of how to fix our prolbem and he is in maitenace.... more
