Our room was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I have stayed in. The room was a good size and I didn't hear noises from our neighbors. Had a balcony with an a/c that didn't leak. The hallways were enclosed and I felt very safe. More

No bed linen for the sofa bed. Capet dirty just nasty for the money. Could have stayed at the Motel 6 for that matter. Would not recommend to anyone. More

First thing when you check-in, they charge you a fee called a resort fee for $15, which is for nothing honestly. their towels stinks and never had this experience before except with this hotel. Honestly, it is unfair to other resorts to call Plaza hotel a resort. More

This was our 2nd stay, last time was in 2009. It does need some TLC (tender loving care). Lobby is fab, pool are great. Bedrooms ok but bed had a spring poking out the side which caught my leg and the towel rail fell off. We would stay again as the hotel is clean etc More
