Grand Seas is not a very nice hotel. The rooms are in desperate need of remodeling and the room was not very clean upon check-in. The floors were dirty and sandy when we got there. We stay there every year, at least once, sometimes twice a year. Our kids love the beach front, the number of pools they have and access to beach activities. They also have multiple kids activities.
