It is not waterfront property . the main building of majestic sun is water front . wyndham few feet away from beach and have few units with balcony with beach view . Our stay was great and the staff was wonderful. Everyone was helpful and there were great activities planned. The only negative is the cost to play tennis. My family has a timeshare ownership here, so we've been to this location a number of times. Honestly, I was very pleased with this resort. Rooms were modern and clean and comfortable. Resort was beautiful on the exterior and had a great location. Staff was friendly. Destin simply is a beautiful town and i plan to return as soon as possible. I highly recommend this resort, in relation to my personal experience. more
