The resort is beautiful but our room(St Croix #1004) was a huge disappointment. It was filthy and the front desk help is worthless. The carpets are disgusting, There is film of slime on the balcony that remain shady (mildew?) and grout in both showers needs redone so you feel like you can never take your shoes off.
