You'd better realize up front that these villas are mostly all individually owned, and the resort is NOT responsible for obnoxious drunken louts that might be renting next door to you. I stayed in the Villas and mine had a wonderful view of the ocean. Unfortunatley there is no beach front so you cannot even walk by the beach. That was disappointing.
