My fishing buddy and I stayed at the Bonefish Bay Motel for over a week during March 2009 and had a great experience. The kitchenettes and rooms are vintage 1940 - 1950 but very clean and efficient. the good: very close to the dive shop (on property), very pleasant and accomodating owner, nice pool, good hotel location, family friendly atmosphere. the bad: very old hotel; not extremely clean. very basic (absolutely no thrills, no cleaning service). could be better for the money. more
Bonefish Bay is an older motel, but very clean. The price is one of the more affordable places in the keys. We stayed there, and traveled to pricy Key West during the day.
