We only stayed in this hotel for one night, due to travelling to other places afterwards, but we wished we would have booked a longer stay when we arrived. The rooms are amazing, and the private lagoon is breathtaking! The bed in our room was by far the best we have ever seen in a hotel anywhere and the ameneties... More

We stayed for 4 nights! The staff was very hard working and almost ran to get the things you needed. Very clean and beautiful. Heated pool was great as we came in February and we loved sitting by the fire pit at night. I hope to come back for years to come on our wedding anniversary. Thank you for these... More

FIrst time visitor. 71 years old. Staff was very helpful in assisting me and my wife with getting in and out of cars, holding doors, moving in and out of rooms, etc. Toms Harbour House Restaurant and Alma were excellent restaurants for seafood. We had a surf and turf dinner with lobster thermador that was outstanding, The Key lime pie... More

The resort is beautiful and the staff is excellent. Our experience here was wonderful. We were in the Sunset Villas which was great. It was a little smaller than we hoped and while we are members of their loyalty program they did not upgrade us to the larger unit. They did have some of the larger units available however the... The resort was very nice with a few caveats. They really don't have a beach. Well they have one they made but it's not really connected to the ocean. Also, there isn't much else on the island for eating out. We drove to the nearby keys to eat. One the plus side the pool was marvelous. Really warm for a... More

We up-graded to a villa/condo and were horribly disappointed. Management sent us to another condo and it was even worse. It seems that no one checks the maintenance of the individually-owned properties. It's not that the units were dirty, they had serious need for painting on hallways going upstairs, entry doors were filthy and in need of paint, decks outside... More

In August (2011), we stayed in Key West for 4 days first, then came back up to Hawks Cay for 3 days. I have to say that the overall resort is really very nice, but we did have some issues. As others have mentioned it is very expensive and we were not blown away by the food (lunch and breakfast... More

This resort is not what you would expect. Thor pools were nice but that is it. Our room smelled, the towels had holes and the shower didn't work well. When we complained the front desk said sorry. We would come back to our room at 3 or 4 in the afternoon and the room had not been made. No effort... More

This place is fantastic, however, very pricey food and drinks. Room had a fridge so you can bring snacks in. Be prepared to drop $25 on 2, yes TWO cocktails, breakfasts averaged $35 for 2 every day, and it just goes on up from there for lunch and dinner. Food was great but not that exceptional for the price. We... More
