Glan B&B is clean (actually immaculate) and uncluttered. The B&B area has a separate entrance so it feels like your own space as soon as you arrive. The rooms are really tastefully decorated, I particularly liked the bathroom - large and modern and a really powerful shower. You instantly feel at home here. There was no noise noticeable from the... More

I stayed here with family during the Fleadh weekend in Cavan. This is truly a beautiful B&B located in the countryside of Cavan. It's a real 'home-from-home' due to the separate lounge and living area (great for kids as it is equipped with games, videos and a T.V). Rooms are kept immaculately clean, breakfast was just what one would want... More

Soon we found an attractive pub and also spotted the Glann B&B sign. The dogs had already announced our arrival and there at the door stood the charming Colette. We were welcomed... More

I have not been to Ireland for 20 years and decided to visit for a surprise family event. Whilst many of the changes in the country have been positive in that time such as amazing changes to the countries infrastructure such as its roads, i felt that much of the countries charms have been diluted in it's amalgamation into the... We were delighted with the reception we received from Colette who is the owner. She is a human dynamo, and the most welcoming person I've ever met. Nothing was too much trouble, and she went out of her way to cater for us. She even drove us approx 16 miles to the hotel where we were attending a wedding reception.... More
