Once we saw the owner and the property, we did not stay! I would not have been able to sleep! He looks like a character from one of those motel/murder movies. He had to be smoking something! I had reserved a weeks vacation at the Beachcroft for 07/10/07-07/18/07. I called the hotel the day before we arrived only to learn that I had no room! Other guests had been given a free upgrade to my room due to air conditioning problems. Please keep in mind that Beachcroft had been in possession of my reservation money for weeks.... more

What can I say to truely express my opinion of the Beach Croft? Do yourself a favor and take your dollars elsewhere. The photos on their website are deceiving. The Beachcroft is not a fancy, new condo...this is an older motel. Brett and his wife Sharon are very nice people and they run a "quiet" vacation spot and they have for many years.
