Clean hotel for a fair price with a fridge, microwave, and even a pool -- it's all good. Note about shampoo in a previous review was good: this is not an all-inclusive, luxury resort, so know what you are buying. We will certainly be back.

In a small place like everglades this hotel is good. You can't expect rooms like a 5 star hotel in such a place. Its good for that small place. Its also nearby and walkable distance to most attractions.

We stopped for one night and went on an Everglades tour. The hotel was clean and basic so fine. WiFi only available in the reception area. The pool was the best bit, lovely area next to the lake. We spent a happy few hours there. It's next to a restaurant, so you don't have to take the car out if... More

We stayed here for two nights while vacationing in the Everglades. The location, pool, screened in porch, and price were great. The room was very basic--two beds, linens, towels, soap, t.v. and a fridge, that's it. There was no shampoo in the room nor at the front desk so we spent $5 (ouch) on a bottle of shampoo at the... I'm not sure why I chose this hotel; maybe everything else was booked. It served our needs but was more expensive than it was worth. We had a large, spacious room with two double beds, which were fine. There was a screened in porch, but no light on it, so we could not use it in the evening when we... More

We spent one night here, the room was basic but clean and comfortable with mosquito screens on the windows. The pool was warm enough to swim in although it was January . No breakfast offered but places to eat within walking distance,a convenient stop for airboat trips.

The Everglades can be cool in the winter months, particularly at night. The night I stayed here it got to the mid 50 s. That was when I found there was no heat. The AC had a heat mode, but it did not work. Also no breakfast and wifi in the lobby only. All this for $115. Not a bargain!

There are not many options in Everglades City. We were set on this route for our Everglades adventure. The hotel is older, and dated, but our room was clean. Beds are not too comfortable. There is a late check in fee, and if you arrive late (we arrived a little before midnight), you will wait on the front desk person... More

Did not have reservations to stay in Everglade City, but had planned to stay at a certain hotel, only to find they were booked. We drove down the street and came across the Captains Table,(odd name for a motel). Rate was average, and so was the inside room/apartment. Clean, neat and good size room plus screened in porch. Air conditioner... More

While far from 5 star amenities, this place was comfortable enough for rest between outdoor activities. We found the room to be rustic but clean with a typical coastal motif. The TV was really small but we were there for an everglades photography expedition and really didn't notice. The staff was really accommodating the morning I wanted to print boarding... More
