Yes, the cottage was fine but the grounds are terrible. Everything is dead. There are old rusty appliances near the laundry room just sitting there, painting is peeling on all the buildings, screen doors are missing or have no screens, weeds and dead plants everywhere; it's a wasteland! This place was simple, relaxing and a great value. It exceeded my expectations. It looked kind of dumpy from the outside, but inside, the rooms were clean and functional.
