Stayed 3 nights so we could tour local attractions. Before booking I called the Manager, Sonny, with a few questions that he answered promptly. First, staff was wonderful, ultra courteous, and anxious to accomodate our needs. We have stayed at this hotel for several years. It is our stopover after a Miami Dolphins game and prior to our drive to Key West. This year the room decor was updated very nicely. Our room was clean and comfortable. The grounds are immaculate with very nice landscaping, and the pool looked clean and inviting. Rooms large with 2 double beds; very clean. Well equipped with microwave, fridge. good sized bathroom. Ideal for a stopover as on main road, but quiet rooms. Plenty of basic restaurants nearby. Basic continental breakfast in price, but was excellent value more

I have been staying at this travelodge for 2 and a half years now. I usually go once a month. I have never had a problem there. The rooms are great the people at the front desk are great and it is a great hotel. The location is good with many things to do in the area and it is only 30 minutes from key largo. This is where i continve to stay every month. more

This is a clean and well kept hotel with a very courteous staff. The outside grounds are nicely groomed and the hotel is tucked back from the highway and its noises. The breakfast was good and the people who set it up were extremely friendly. It is a great jump off place for a trip through the keys. The hotel is a very good value for the price. more

Checked in immediately we arrived although we were hours early. Sonny Patel, the manager, greeted us personally. He had prepared a local map of restaurants and attractions. He had negotaited with local businesses to get his customers discounts etc. We ate at a very good fish restaurant( a short walk) and had free wine. We requested a quiet room and wanted a swim. The neighbourhood of this hotel is not so friendly with many warnings to let no properties in your car. The hotel building/area is clean and nice. We stayed in a 2 queen bed-room. The size of the room is a litte small for Travelodge motels, but will do. There was a nice LCD screen, but no digital TV. The bathroom was clean but a little old and needed some refurb. Price balance good. more
