We were booked to stay four nights however; on our second day we had to check out unexpectedly and catch the next flight home because my husband was experiencing a serious medical issue. The hotel manager (Louis) was very understanding and sympathetic and immediately refunded our money for the remaining three nights (we paid for the room in cash upon... more

I planned this hotel as an "airport in" hotel on my way down to the Flordia Keys due to its location and reviews!! What I found was a very nice hotel with incredible customer service. We had booked a King Tower Room and we were upgraded on arrival to a King Junior Suite with a balcony over looking the ocean!!... more

We stayed the night prior to our cruise departing and the night our cruise ended. Our first night we stayed in the towers. Room was plenty big for the four of us and nicely appointed and clean. We had lunch at the restaurant on the dock and food was great. The walk through the Marina was nice looking at all... more

We stayed at the hotel one night pre-cruise. We got the room for a great special rate and I was looking forward to starting our trip in luxury. I guess because we got the good rate we were put in one of the of the older rooms. No complaints, it was certainly an adequate room, just nothing special. You get... more

We have been staying at Hyatt Pier 66 for about 20 years. It stagnated and made few changes until the last several years. New owners made excellent improvements and updates on areas that seemed dated. Youthful management energized a wonderful team and the result is a very comfortable, attractive, relaxing, upscale resort with a great location, beautiful grounds, excellent restaurant... more

Be careful with this hotel! Although the lobby and grounds look really nice, the room you end up in might not. This hotel comprises a tower and a bunch of 2 story high buildings around the pool/garden area and along the canals (these are the West and East Lanai rooms). On one side the Lanai rooms have been updated with... more

The staff was the most courteous of any hotel I've ever stayed. Our room was upgraded to a junior suite on the 14th floor, with a great view of the canals and the ocean, at no extra cost. Mr. Navarro was checked on us every time we passed the desk, to make sure our party was satisfied with the hotel.... more
