My company sent me to a conference 2 years in a row that was held at this hotel. Last year the place looked a little dated and there was nothing really good or bad to say about the hotel. When I came last week I was supprised to find that the place was transformed. From the charming dining area to... more

Wonderful accomodations and facilities in a tropical setting boardering the inter coastal and the marina. Enjoy lunch poolside and dinner at the 15th Street Fisheries. more

i stayed here the night before our cruise June 2007. We got the room free using our travelers rewards points. The hotel was still under construction because of a hurricane. They upgraded us to a junior suite and the room was spacious and beautiful. We had a huge king bed and a flat screen tv with refrigerator. Our balcony overlooked... more

This hotel was much better than I expected from the reviews. We stayed April 10-13, 2008. It seems much has been done recently as the hotel decor was very chic and modern. The staff was nice and helpful. I understand that they have recently redone the Lanai rooms (by the pool) but am not sure if they have all been... more

We stayed here for one night and they upgraded us into one of the lanai rooms with a view of the marina. Coming from a bad experience in Miami, I must say, this was wonderful....all around. Staff...facilities...food...coffee...room....shower...everything...absolutely loved it and wished I was staying for the whole week. The pool was great...yummy pina coladas. I would stay here again in... more

This was a great hotel. It's more like a resort really because they have a huge pool, several hotels, gym, tennis and lots of manicured lawns and gardens. We found ourselves hanging at the hotel all day while our son swam in the pool. At night we would go to the Pelican Landing restaurant for happy hour and dinner. The... more

Booked two rooms through Priceline, and I made sure to request 2 Tower Rooms through the hotel after being scared by the reviews I read. We were accomodated accordingly and the staff couldnt have been nicer during the 5 nights we were there. The pool was excellent. We only left it one day to check out the beach. The pool... more

I was very upset with Priceline. They baited and switched this hotel on me. I requested beach front. I was soooo worried after reading these reviews. I was relieved when we arrived. The Hyatt is still renovating and was not busy. Front desk staff was very nice. Food was okay. We liked having coffee & bagels in lobby. Not too... more

My husband, 18 month old and I stayed at this hotel for two nights before a cruise. I booked online through the hotels website and got a rate of $153 a night through the Hyatt Regency club. After reading some of the reviews I was slightly concerned! I booked a tower room as most people did not seem to be... more
