This hotel is just barely running. It was decorated in the 60s and has not been updated. No joke. It displays a large tower building but reality is that most rooms are in a 2 story building around the tower. Not much of a view in the 2 story building. Room located at marina, ground floor. patio. Near beautiful pool and parking. Couldn't be more pleasant. Room clean, comfy bed. The yachts are wonderful to see. I've stayed at this Hyatt many times before. It's been remodeled (rather well) in the last couple of years. On this trip I stayed for one night to have dinner with friends who live in town as I made my way to the Keys for the holidays. NOT for the business traveler. Freezing cold rooms, broken thermostats, had to change rooms three times. Unfriendly staff. Bellhops tended to you only when in the hotel not coming from your vehicle.
