Booked thru Hotels based on location, pet friendly policy, description, photos, and price. Due to flight delays, did not arrive til 1:30 AM, so we had no choice but to stay the one night. It is near the beach, and the pool appeared clean. But the room was old, dingy, unclean [including the beds], noisy [with no sound insulation between rooms.] We were not given the room described [different beds] so we assume our room, though guaranteed, was rented. A thoroughly unacceptable and substandard place. Though we are still fighting about a refund for the additional three nights that we didn't stay there, this does not affect our opinion which was formed instantly, although it does add to it.
