Third world country hotels have nothing on this hotel. Full of needed updates. No telephones, toilet brased on a wooden plaque, visible cigarete burns on surfaces, needs bathroom updates right now, dusty funiture, raggitty air conditioner, hot water comes when it feels like it, whole building needs painting, including the elevator that does work, have to ask for washcloths and... more

I don't think this hotel is as bad as people are saying. For the price it has an amazing location and the manager is actually nice. He knew I had a long flight so he brought me a cup of coffee while I was checking in. There was a cleaner named Gusippe who would come everyday to clean my room... more

The Place was very nasty, there's no one to clean the rooms. The whole place was rusty. I would not advise anyone to stay there. This was the first hotel that I was not satisify with. No one didn't clean the pool while I was there. U had to ask for them to change the sheets and clean the floors.... more

The manager who seems to be the only one there has no standard of cleanliness. The rooms are not clean. you feel unconfortable in bed wondering whether the sheets were ever cleaned after the last person was here. We got a great mid week deal in a large efficiency on the fourth floor. Our front balcony overlooked the Marina which had the most beautiful yachts pulling in and out daily. We spent a week in FL and accommodation arrangements were made prior to leaving home secondary to a very tight schedule. We had delightful experiences everywhere we stayed except for the Bahia Beach Hotel in Ft. Lauderdale. This place was filthy. No towels or washcloths, no telephone, full of roaches, no service at front desk after 7:30 P.M., floor filthy, no room service (cleaning) Would not stay here again if they paid me. P.S.
