This hotel is not 5 star, but it is in a great location for the price I paid. Because it was summer the rates are very cheap which made our vacation very afordable. It looked like the room was painted, my friends room looked like it was painted as well the same color as mine. It looked like they had... more

I wanted to stay near Fort Lauderdale beach and in that single sense, the Bahia Beach Hotel did the job. In every other way, however, it's a dump. Dirty, uncomfortable, a lousy bed and management that simply does not care what you think. For $120-plus a night, you might as well rent a full-size car and sleep in the back... more

This is a very, very bad hotel. Actually, it is not a hotel. It is a run down housing project that rents rooms on a nightly basis. It is absolutely filthy and disgusting. There are spiders and cockroaches in the room, dirty sheets, hair on pillowcases, etc. They do not have a housecleaning service or anything like that, so it... more

I stayed at bahia beach for 7 days. There are some good points about the place. The room is big and clean, had its own bathroom, shower and kitchen..the hotel is very near from the beach, less than 2-3 minutes walk, has a lovely view from the corridors over a marina, and some rooms have even a lovely view(the ones at... more

Third world country hotels have nothing on this hotel. Full of needed updates. No telephones, toilet brased on a wooden plaque, visible cigarete burns on surfaces, needs bathroom updates right now, dusty funiture, raggitty air conditioner, hot water comes when it feels like it, whole building needs painting, including the elevator that does work, have to ask for washcloths and... more

I don't think this hotel is as bad as people are saying. For the price it has an amazing location and the manager is actually nice. He knew I had a long flight so he brought me a cup of coffee while I was checking in. There was a cleaner named Gusippe who would come everyday to clean my room... more

The Place was very nasty, there's no one to clean the rooms. The whole place was rusty. I would not advise anyone to stay there. This was the first hotel that I was not satisify with. No one didn't clean the pool while I was there. U had to ask for them to change the sheets and clean the floors.... more

I will never stay at this hotel again. I lasted less than an hour before I became so irritated at the filth of the place, the primitive conditions, the run-down rooms and common areas, the wireless internet that did not work, and the owner's steadfast insistence that nothing was wrong. I left in a huff and will do all I... more

The manager who seems to be the only one there has no standard of cleanliness. The rooms are not clean. you feel unconfortable in bed wondering whether the sheets were ever cleaned after the last person was here. Was also scared there might be bed bugs as we saw lots of other insects creeping around. bathroom smelt of urine probably... more

We got a great mid week deal in a large efficiency on the fourth floor. Our front balcony overlooked the Marina which had the most beautiful yachts pulling in and out daily. The hotel is also one block away from the beach next door to the Sheraton Yankee Clipper. If you are on a tight budget and want an amazing... more
