Had an absolutely horrible experience at this hotel. We were suppose to stay here 2 days and left after 5 hours of being there. Upon arrival to the hotel we could not find any staff. A note was left up saying our rooms were open and the keys were in the room. Our booking was wrong...we booked a two bedroom room but instead we got 1 room and a pull out couch. The room was not clean. Visible dirt around the floors. We had no bed sheets for the pull out couch. We did not have sufficient towels and face cloths. One of the closets was filled with the owners wife's personal belongings. The other closet was covered in mold. We were staying on the ground floor and the patio door did not lock...later that day we found out there was a muderer loose in the area. Could not leave our baggage unattended. We did not have a phone in our room. There was no way of finding out any information about the area since no phone and no staff. We tried numerous times to contact staff....staff finally showed up... more
