The Ritz Fort Lauderdate is a great place. I had booked a corner oceanfront room for one night prior to leaving for a cruise. Upon arrival I was upgraded to a beachfront "condo" with full kitchen equipped with Sub Zero appliances, two full baths, large bedroom and sitting area, plus dining area. Staff was very welcoming and helpful with any part of my stay. Very nice accomodations and the food is top-drawer. Centrally located within walking distance to local entertainment and beach. I would stay at this property when I return to Ft. Lauderdale. more

My wife and I spent three days here while I attended a meeting at the Convention Center. Our room overlooking the ocean from the 14th floor was nothing short of spectacular--limed floors flanking a Berber carpeted area with a king size bed, leading to a large balcony separated from others by sail-like dividers.
