Summary: This is not a high-end place, however it is spotlessly clean, comfortable and home-like, with a great courtyard (grill area, flowers, patio furniture, pool, the works) and the amenities like free high-speed internet, laundry, heated pool, etc. I particularly liked the cute courtyard and grill area. I would definitely stay here again.

We were staying an additional night in Fort Lauderdale after taking a sailing vacation, before flying out the next morning. The charter company suggested the Bali Hai, saying multiple people had stayed there and liked it, with the qualification that is not fancy.

The courtyard is much nicer than the pictures on their website show and is quite pretty. The pool and grounds are spotless and well-tended. There are flowerpots and flowering trees throughout the courtyard. There is a gas grill for guests, a patio/covered area to sit out, a porch-bench style swing with a canopy, and flowering plants.
