We are stuck in this hotel for a week because they don't refund and it's high season in fort lauderdale. The front desk staff are very aggressive and unfriendly. We stayed post cruise.....Perfect ending to our trip. Our rooms had a balcony overlooking the beach. Very spacious and clean. Incredibly polite, friendly and helpful staff.
