There was a general lack of maintenance. The elevators were out of service for TWO DAYS. The only way to get to the room and back was up and down a very hot and dirty staircase. When we came back from a Cruise the words I said to Sharon "It's like Coming Home" It is such a relaxing place and the employees are so friendly and can't do enough. Definitely one of our better places to stay. more
