Stayed here for 5 days, prior to cruise, handy to most locations, malls, Ross stores, food courts, and staff in the Concierge were so helpful, room was very comfortable, and quiet. I was on my own so was a bit worried, and everyone was so helpful. Thanks Embassy Suites. more

The Embassy Suites Fort Lauderdale was very contemporary and setup in the traditional Embassy layout of an atrium with the courtyard filled with plants and whatnot. When we arrived, checkin was smooth and quick, with very courteous staff. They were overbooked, but the staff was still wonderful! This is our third stay at the Embassy Suites in Ft. lauderdale and each time our stay is wonderful. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The concierage service at the hotel is superb. And of course the full breakfast and happy hour every day is a great value for a family stay. more

We are VERY dissapointed with this Embassy...worst experienced in this hotel chain. the staff wasn´t friendly or helpful at all and the worst was the noisy and old room with bugs included...and it cost 150$, come on! more

The manager of this hotel Don Friedman is very helpful. He always goes out of his way for people. I have been staying at this hotel many years, twice a year, and he always welcomes us with a smile. This was our second time staying at this hotel - the last visit was in 2007. We stayed 1 nite post cruise and we able to get an early check in with choice of room which was very welcomed. The hotel appears to have gone downhill since our last visit. Specifically, the rooms were never really clean, the breakfast buffet... more
