Stayed here because of a cancelled flight home after our cruise and had a wonderful relaxing day with Westin's usual comfortable Heavenly beds. a bit suprising for a westin. checked in room for an overnight stay. and all went well at the front desk. one bathrobe in room vs 2. needed to call for one. small refrigerator sat in hallway overnight which indicated hotel staff not on their game. no pool service, and u hunted for your towels. lauguna by pool not clean.... more

I didn't have high expectations, given it's in an office park, but was pleasantly surprised at how nice this Westin was. And relatively close to strip malls, etc. for food and misc. shopping. Nothing spectacular, but everyone one could hope for in a suburban property. I'd come back. more
