Got this hotel through Priceline and agree with the 3.5* rating. A typical well run full service Marriott with free interet access and an in-room safe the size of a mini-refrigerator! This was our first stay at the Marriott North, as avid travelers we have stayed at hotels world wide. Marriott can be proud of this property. The staff from check in to check out did an outstanding job. This is one fantastic hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean, quiet and comfortable. The beds with down pillows and conforters were to die for. From being greeted in the most professional and friendly way, to the attractively re-designed lobby with computers and a flat screen TV, to the modern and ultra-comfortable rooms, to the terrific restaurant and to the nicest servers and bartenders - I can't say enough about my visit. Very nice hotel. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Plenty of free parking as opposed to alot of hotels in Fort Lauderdale where you have to pay $20 or more per night for parking. The rate was extremely affordable I would recommed this hotel to anyone going to Fort Lauderdale. more
