This is a timeshare not a regular hotel. When I called the front desk to complain about a few things, they didn't care. I called corporate to complain, and I was told that "Marriot doesn't control the timeshares, they can do what they want". Therefore, if you think you will get the level of service a Marriott provides, think again.... more

Although this property may not be the nicest or newest Marriott I've stayed in, it certainly works if you know what to expect. Yes, you have to get to the lobby by entering a parking lot on the back side of the property, but it's well marked. You do have to pay $14.00/day for the parking. We stayed in a... more

Resort is located at the most popular section of the beach. All rooms have great balcony views (Atlantic Ocean or Intercoastal Waterway.) Public transportation and Sun Trolley conveniently located just steps away. Parking is avaliable for $14.00 per day. Unfortunately, the lobby is not logically located, and guest initially arrving to the resort may have a difficult time finding the... more

Just returning from a week at Marriort Beach Place Towers with family of 5. Staff: Friendly at helpful mostly. A few exceptions but overall very helpful. Elevators: One time had a long wait for elevators. Other than that pretty standard stuff. Parking: We parked with the garage instead of with Marriott. The difference is that you save $18 dollars and... more

My husband and I just went to the Marriott BeachPlace Towers for our honeymoon. I was a little nervous after booking the reservation because I read some reviews that were not the best. I read everything from the elevators not being fast enough to the parking being really bad. All I can say is that our stay there was awesome!... more

The Marriott Beach Towers is really a time share property. It was reasonably priced $150.00 for a one room and $182.00 for a one bedroom suite, April of 2009. Extremely difficult property to access as it is set back from the Harbor Boulevard. If you are being dropped off, make sure the driver stops in front of the property as... more

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at the hotel. Location was perfect; right in the heart of everything and across the street from the beach. The staff was "extremely" nice and helpful. The only thing I wish the hotel did have was a booklet in the room showing some of the local restraurants so you could review when you check... more

The Marriott Beach Towers was a very nice place to stay, We stayed 4 nights there, the only thing that didn't care for, was the parking garage, especially the weekend. It was very crowded there on the Saturday we stayed (Feb. 28th, 2009) ! Glad that we didn't rent a car, instead we took taxi cabs rides all the time,... more

To save money we got a 1 bedroom suite at Beach Place for 2 couples and eat in most of the time - but they only give you 4 sets of cheap dishes, glassware and cutlery and would not give us more. We had to run the dishwasher least twice a day – so much we had to call housekeeping... more
