We've been coming here for years (own a unit) and still enjoy it--spacious, well appointed, friendly staff. The planned renovation this year is overdue. Upholstery and rugs are worn, paper peeling, but it's kept clean, everything works. The mall at ground level is almost empty--restaurants and retail are mostly gone. more

Stayed here on January 31st with a party of four. We paid $350 for one night after all the taxes and were put in an ocean view room on the top floor (19th). We are a Marriott Timeshare owner and traded for a week at Beach Place Towers. The rooms are very good and clean. The river view rooms (not oceanfront) are actually the best.
