This motel is small, simple, and very clean with that good old fashioned charm. It is one of the few where you can sit right outside your door and enjoy the weather. The owner is great - very friendly and accommodating. more
Small, non-smoking motel having 7 rooms.
During the prime season, the room was inexpensive ($72), spartan, clean, and quiet.
Manager / Owner was very gracious and thorough on our needs.
On north side of Ft Myers, 5 miles east of I-75 on Rt 80 at Tropic Ave intersection.
