Stayed here recently to attend an on-site conference. Hotel looks pretty new and didn't disappoint. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Big screen TV with many channel choices. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lobby is large and very clean. Decent breakfast buffet. Hotel is adjacent to a newer outdoor shopping center / restaurant area. Got this room through a Priceline deal and did not select it based on area. It was a clean room and a pleasant stay. I found that the towels were on the skimpy side and the toiletries minimal.

This is one of the better Courtyards we have stayed at. Very good service, quiet and clean.

One is very conveniently located off I-75 in the same plaza as the Gulf Coast Town center, which is a very nice outdoor mall. Lots of places to shop and eat, the staff has always been super friendly and helpful. Rooms ae always comfortable and clean. I only stay at Marriotts and this is on my list of favorites.
