Location was very nice, and the room was large with a huge kitchen, but the filthy conditions put a real damper on our vacation. The kitchen had food running down the walls which was obvious even with the dim lighting. Even though the kitchen was furnished, we didn't cook on anything that we hadn't brought from home. The carpeting was duct taped to the floor and I wouldn't sleep with the heavy cover anywhere near me. The pull out sofa bed was covered in sand so our kids couldn't sleep on it. Trash left from the previous visitors sat outside our door the entire week. We asked for a different room, but were told they were booked. Even looked inland, but spring break made moving hard. The continental breakfast consisted of bread and a jar of peanut butter. Once we got used to the place, we had a good time, but I would never return to this hotel nor would I recommend it to anyone else.
