We were real excited to get this room for such a great price right near waterfront. Upon arrival, the room had a musty odor which eventually was ignored, however, we saw roaches in several places throughout the room, dead and alive. I booked an "Executive Suite" through the hotel website for a rate of $150 on a Saturday night, which I thought was a good deal in a popular beach town. I absolutely loved this place! I went for spring break and the first day there i totaled my car. The people at the front desk were very helpful! I loved PRESTON! The beds are the absolute most comfortable beds!! The rooms are spacious. It's quiet and relaxing! Restaurants, and book stores are all within walking distance! Great location on the bay! more

Hotel was clean and the room was large. Located just a few minutes from the beaches. The hotel property is fairly spread out so there is a lot of room for the kids to run around. Nice view of the bay and a very quiet area. This is your basic 3 star hotel. more

Great location, especially rooms with a view of the bay. The rooms are big, there's plenty of room outside for kids to play (plus a nice pool), and the staff is very helpful. Another plus is a very good (and reasonably priced) Chinese/Seafood buffet restaurant right across the street. Highly recommended. more

We stayed there in June and the stay was a pleasure. The rooms were clean and big. They are still under constuction out back and will be even better when finished. The cost was reasonable and service was good. You are right by the bay and can walk out on the dock. You aren't far from the beaches or places... more
