Staff was wonderful. Rooms are clean and with new furnishings. They renovated recently. My only complaint is they left the 19 inch TV in the room when they renovated. I can't remember the last time I saw a 19 inch TV in a hotel. Location is easy to find. more

When you check in, they will not tell you what services are not working as advertised on their web site. I was there on business and there was no internet access. I was told it should be up soon. Stayed here July 11 & 12 before going on cruise. This is a really nice and clean hotel. They were doing a little painting etc but it didn't get in the way. Great location and lots of shopping places. Good view of a small lake. Front desk exceptionally nice. Would stay here again. more
