Upon making a reservation we were informed there was a $10.00 pet fee. When we checked out, we were informed that we were responsible for a $75.00 comp fee in addition to the $10.00 pet fee. The hotel itself is worn. The room needed a great deal of maintenance. Locks were loose and missing screws. Carpet was stained and room was small. Coffee was very good. Breakfast OK. Staff was fine.
