I will never forget the Silver Sands Motel because my husband asked the cab driver to keep driving because it could not possibly be the right place when we first drove by the outdated exterior. The hotel is really overpriced at $170-190/night. The room was dirty (especially the kitchen area). Little ants were everywhere. The beach in front of the hotel is awful, full of trash and sea grass.
