We had a reservation for there on Thursday night after a 5 hour drive we finally made it after 1030 at night when we arrove we asked if they had a restroom we could use, and they told us no we had to wait until we got to our room! My husband could not wait so stepped out side (not... more

All in all this hotel was pleasant until it came time to leave. Because of an accident I had to cut my stay by one day, and when I asked for a final bill was told my credit card receipt was it.( I had paid all on first day ,no itemized bill.) A rude clerk refused to give me credit... more

Not the classiest place I've ever stayed at. But I got a kick out of it. There's a couple old looking work out machines in the resteraunt area (a treadmill & stair stepper) but I don't think they use the resteraunt for food anymore. The breakfast was layed out in the loby & it was coffee, bottles of orange juice,... more

This "hotel" is very outdated...not even an electrical outlet in the bathroom. The television (vintage 70's) had a remote that was held together with tape. Cheap for the keys, a one star at best. What can you expect for less than $60 a night in the Keys? more

Our bathrooms all have proper electrical outlets as well as all requirements of lodging establishments. All air conditioners operate with thermostats and when the setting temperature is reached the unit will automatically shut down and then turn on when temperature rises . This is normal. Our front desk is open 24 hours for guest services, guests simply need to call...

After spending the weekend at this hotel I can tell you that I will never go back. My husband booked this room because it was inexpensive and looked nice from the photos we viewed on the internet. The room was dirty. The AC was unpredictable. The bathroom too small to turn around in. Also had to purchase towels at a... more

Our rooms are clean and all equipment is in proper working order. Air conditioners operate with thermostats that can be set by guests and automatically keep temperature at the setting. This is done as with any ac system by cooling then shutting off and then automatically turning on when the temperature rises. With our 24 hour guest services all a...

Granted it is a little creepy, Bates motelish I'd say. Amplified by the fact that we were the only ones staying there. However, Key Largo in general isn't exactly a paradise and if the weather is bad like it was when we went and you can't get out to the reef there really is not much to do. Motel is... more

You better look for another accomodation in Key Largo. The KLI looks not bad from outside but behind the walls there's another picture. My room was run-down with rusty bath facilities and towels like a swiss cheese. Included breakfast was a joke: a wrapped cookie and a mug of thin coffee - that's it. The pool - well, maybe for... more

Our hotel does not rent rooms already occupied by existing guests. If a guest is scheduled to checkout on a particular day and we discover all belongings are gone we believe the guest has gone. In this case the guest returned without telling us they wanted to stay over. Room keycards are electronic so after checkout time on day of...

This place is a dump. My wife and I stayed there for 1 night on our way back from Key West. We should have kept on driving. The front desk clerk was nasty and quite rude. The paint was peeling off the walls, and the TV barely worked. We ran the A/C as cold as possible to drown out the... more

This hotel is the cheapest one you will find in the keys in season as far as I can tell. We stayed there for $94 a night. You do get what you pay for and the other hotels that were upwards of $169 a night looked nicer, were farther from the road, had a view etc. BUT there is nothing... more

Stayed there 2/21/06. Fished all day on a charterboat off Key West and by the time we finally found a place to stay that night we were all the way up there. We left the last night open to do what we wanted-ended up with a long drive to find a hotel. My girlfriend smokes so the no smoking policy... more
