Hotel is on the canalside and certainly the view outside is superior to the one faced inside. It has all the facilities described but is in a time warp circa late 70s/ early 80s. We stayed here for two nights. on our Florida trip. This time of year was verry quiet. Nice view of the marina, Staff verry helpful. nice apparment (fridge, stove etc). Payed $99/night a bargain. Visit Sharkys acros the marian for som great food and drinks. All the locals seem to hang out there. more

carpet was never vacuumed, it was dirty and smelled of mold. We got there a little before check in and they said nothing was available and made us wait 30 minutes for a room when obviously there was very few people staying there and very easy to see that rooms were not in the process of being cleaned.
