The staff at this hotel goes above and beyond. The pool and rooms are great. It is away from the business of downtown and Duval street but they do provide a shuttle service. Our shuttle driver was kind enough to take us and our luggage to our other hotel upon check out. Great service!

Over all the stay was good. The two things that keep me from giving a rating of five is the wifi did not work in our room. That would have really helped for planning events. The drinks are a bit pricey at the bar, even at happy hour. Food is good.
