Stayed here during Fantasy Festival. Gorgeous hotel, superb service, and great location. Was able to partake in all festivities and then go back to seclusion of hotel. Bed was very comfy. Had some problems with the fridge and toilet, which they were willing to fix immediately. The phone voicemail is incomprehensible. As a computer geek, I should have been able to intuit it, but could not. They have the New York Times delivered daily, plus the local paper on Sunday. The maid staff works all night long.... more

This is a beautiful property tucked away from the noise and traffic of Key West. Our rooms were very nice-beds super comfortable etc. But, we only got turn down on one night.
