The beds and the rest room were very comfortable and clean. The room is small and our view not the best, but a great tv and great resting place. more

The hotel is centrally located and it is nice to be able to walk right out onto the main drag in town. But the hotel seriously needs an upgrade. This hotel is right on Duval, Can't beat the location.Rooms are very clean, staff was helpful and friendly. That's the good. The bad is as follows. Fitness center was a joke. Very much enjoyed the Crowne Plaza. Withing walking distance of everything. The concierge was wonderful--she gave us excellent recommendations for dining in Key West. Hotel was clean, staff friendly, and the beds super comfortable. Pool was a little small, but people are always coming and going. Will go back again one day! more
