Long story short - perfect!!! Location is just off Duval street, but still like a sanctuary with the beautiful garden and very nice pool! The best time of the day was early mornings (still on European time) on the patio in the shade, a cup of coffe and my book! Maybe a swim in the pool as well before everyone... more

Can't add to the already excellent reviews. If you are flying into the Miami area and driving down, it may be late when you arrive. We had some problem parking on the street in the middle of the night. Our problem more than The Gardens. Wonderful hotel in a southern paradise. more

My wife and I spent an great anniversary weekend at the Gardens Hotel in early October and loved it!!! The location is perfect for exploring Key West and the secluded location was perfect for spending leisurely and quiet afternoons by the pool. The Gardens Hotel is probably the most unique hotel we have ever visited. You're right in the middle of Old Town and yet you're in the middle of a tropical jungle! Duval St. is a half block away and everything is in walking distance. The accommodations and service were first class. more
