My husband and I stayed at Chesapeake for a week and loved every minute of it… except for when it was time to leave! We had a great ocean view from our room and the staff was very friendly. It is definitely the perfect place for a relaxing getaway! more

The Chesapeake Resort saved us from the concrete-like beds at the Islander Resort. The staff was very nice . We stayed there in an oceanfront suite for 3 nights. Breakfast is good. Internet access is very impressive. Wireless throughout the resort. Way too expensive though for what it is really a glorified motel. I would go back if I could get better rates than what I had to pay. Staff very nice and the room was spotless. more

When we moved hotels, Chesapeake was one of the few with a vacancy. The rooms were clean, the staff was courteous and responsive and the amenties were much better than the previous hotel.
