This hotel is NOT worth the money. It is old and run-down despite cosmetic changes by the new owners. Speaking of the owner, he is extremely unprofessional and has NO people skills. Be forewarned that you have to pay for the entire stay upfront and there are NO refunds. There are no bathtubs and the room we had was multi-leveled... more

In January 2008 we stayed for two nights at the Drop Anchor while travelling thru the Keys. The couple who own and run the place are really do an great job and fixing it up. Tasteful furniture, good matress, very clean beach area, clean pool. While we were there they were replacing the older air con units with newer ones.... more
