Truely a great place to stay. About half way down the keys so you're centrally located. Great rooms with a kitchenette, living room, bath with soaking tub and seperate shower, very relaxing king bed in the bedroom, and a screened in porch. Restraunt has wonderful food and good service. Staff is friendy and to ask is to recieve. Spa fee... More

The service was pretty bad, especially in the restaurants and the spa. We could not get and keep the attention of the hostess, waitress and others who were busy standing around. The spa desk people were not helpful and made my wife walk outside after a workout so that she could come back inside to freshenup. We did not like... More

We appreciate your feedback, and apologize that some members of our team disappointed you. Our restaurant and spa associates take great pride in providing excellent service in a timely and professional manner. Our Spa associates do ask our guests using only the fitness center to exit to the outside instead of walking through the Spa. Guests who use this exit... More

It's our annual destination for relaxation. Great staff, beautiful rooms, decks overlooking fantastic ocean views. This years highlight was the announcement of our engagement! Staff Christopher was gracious enough to act as our number one photographer for a very special moment. This years best meal? Hosted by the Sushi Chef Dana himself. My hubby (to be) was delighted by Dana's... More

This is a beautiful place whether you are active (tennis, golf) or a beach/spa person. We stayed in the cheaper rooms and thought they were just fine. Helpful staff. Only downside is that the ocean swimming is not so great, but it has a great pool. More

Thank you for your friendly comments. We agree with you – Cheeca is a beautiful place for both the adventurous and the beach chair lovers. We are also very glad to hear that our accommodations met your expectations in terms of value. The ocean waters just off Cheeca’s beach are too shallow for swimming, but there is a ladder at... More

The hotel is located by the sea and has a nice pier for fishing. Also where all the pelicans hang out hoping for an easy dinner. The beach is recommended; rather take a swim in the pool. We stayed in a suite with one bedroom and kitchenette. The suite was spacious but brown and dark. The bathroom was nice and... More

Your review is greatly appreciated. We are delighted you enjoyed our 525-foot wooden fishing pier and got to meet some of our local pelicans. Our spacious suites capture a West Indies-inspired motif with dark mahogany furnishings, colorful tropical artwork and a spacious marble bathroom. We regret that while you found the suite spacious, you were disappointed with the noise and... More

My husband and I visited Cheeca in mid December for a last minute long weekend getaway for my birthday. We didn't arrive until about 6 pm, but were greeted promptly and given a great walk in rate! My girlfriends and I booked this place through an online deal. The place was completely understaffed, particularly the spa. Hotel staff were rude and one staff member even discouraged us from upgrading to a larger room with an ocean even though we were happy to pay extra. The rooms were quite nice, the restaurants were average. I would advise you... More

We went for a family vacation and absolutely loved the Cheeca Lodge & Spa. It is a beautiful resort. Much has been redone recently due to a fire. The main lodge and the view of the ocean are gorgeous. They have a nice row of lounge chairs with cabanas for shade and a beautiful long dock. There is a family... More
