After reviewing several possible places to stay in Islamorada, it seemed this place offered more for the money and was nicer than many of the local motels. Fortunately, it really did .
The property consists of about 8-10 condos on a private nicely landscaped lot which are privately owned. The condo itself had the living area, kitchen and half-bath with screened porch on the second floor and 2 bedrooms and baths on third floor. Each bedroom had a separate balcony and from there you can go to the roof for a spectacular view of the water. The condo was nicely furnished, had nice tile floors and baths and comfortable beds. The kitchen was very basic so if you plan to cook, bring a nice nonstick pan with you. Most of the pots were small and in poor shape.
You can walk to the private dock area, and there is a private sandy area(no real beach) with chairs ,cabana and a small pool.
