Our group consisted of 6 adults, 2 teenagers (16) and 3 children (7, 6 & 2). Our rental house was a great option for our size group and was beautiful. We had 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2 couches.

Our beds were horrible, very old, worn and uncomfortable. The springs in the mattress were practically sticking out and very squeaky every time you moved. Towels were provided but not nearly enough, only 8 towels, 4 washclothes, zero hand towels for bathrooms and 2 kitchen hand towels in the entire house. So we had to wash them everyday. Bedding and pillows were only what was on the beds, no extras. Dishwasher and laundy soaps had to be provided by us.

We were renting for 6 days, Sat late until Thur late. We could not get a specific house until we arrived to check in. Check in policy, they say, is that they do not know what is open until you arrive and they will assign you to a open house then?? We requested the Disney area...we couldn't get much farther from it... more
