The hotel staff/management was very dishonest. They informed us that there would be plenty of room for a charter bus to park. NO WAY! Then tried to charge a room service charge and continental breakfast even though we NEVER checked in, (Cancelled immediately upon arrival) and the continental breakfast is listed as complimentary!! more

Good Points: Denny's Restaurant right next door, walking distance to shops. Bad Points: Bathroom fan off the wall, carpets filthy, 2 towels only, bedlinen questionably clean, itsy bitsy TV, unsmiling receptionist spoke in monosyllables, continental breakfast not worth getting up for. Stayed one night, no choice. Don't ruin your vacation by staying here! more

Not a good deal at all, we got what we thought was a great deal but quickly realized, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! It is not clean at all. It is very loud, we were woke up at least once each night by people screaming or car alarms going off and the hotel staff did nothing about it. Also... more

The room was dirty and not as advertised. We were expecting two quen sized beds...got two doubles....phone didn't work...would have checked out immediately ...but there wasn't another room in Orlando.. We had a very nice stay, its a family friendly hotel, friendly and courtsey staff, clean rooms and conveniently located. Its worth by the price and services offered. We were on ythe tight budget and this hotel meet our expectation and provided us what we were looking for. more

We thought "What a deal!" Then we checked in. Saw the room and checked out. Door would not lock, beds were swayed, smell in the room was unbearable and there wasn't a clean surface in the place. Do not believe the pictures. Good news though - our entire deposit was refunded. more
