This facility just changed name & ownership from the Orlando Sun Convention Center and Resort, to the Ramada about one month ago. It's a little hard to find from the road. It appears to be a timeshare resort that has been converted into a hotel. There are several two-story buildings clustered around each of the 4 pools. Each building is... more

Despite all the negative reviews, we booked 2 nights here from an online travel website. Our room was great and everything was clean. Our room smelled really fresh and clean when we got in and the internet was a plus. The pool was really quiet and we were the only ones in there, so it was more of a private... more

We traveled to Kissimmee to watch my daughter play college softball. I did some hotel research, but it's difficult to make a decision based on a few reviews. But we'new what to expect Stayed at Masters Inn last year.My advice for families going to Disney is, STAY IN THE PARK HOTELS It's worth the money If you only plan on... more

We had to stay there because of a cheerleading competition. This hotel was right down the street from the Silver Spurs Arena. Everyone of the parents compained to the coach that we didn't want to stay there after reading all of the reviews on Trip Advisor. She insisted that she had stayed there before and it would be fine. Oh... more

The passageway smelled of vomit. The much touted broadband didn't work and the best solution they had was to give me the Customer Service number to Tech Support several hours away, by plane. The guy at TS was very sweet, but could not help. I called the front desk and they could not have cared less. I packed up in... more

The carpet felt dirty and had spots from the entrance to the bathroom. We will think twice about going to a Best Western again. more

Stayed here for 5 days after the hurricane in 2004, as some work need to be done to our house which is just down the street. Since I need to check back on our house, I thought this is a great location. Well, this place is a dump. The lobby looks nice but the room was smelly. Cat's or Dog's... more

This hotel wins the prize for the worst bathroom. I was afraid that the entire faucet fixture would fall off in the sink. The tub/shower leaked and the tiles desperately needed cleaned, regrouted and repaired. My co-worker's toilet did not work, nor did his TV set. This property had nothing to recommend it at all. more

Stayed at this hotel in october. It was quite a drive from any of the attractions. The hotel its self was pretty dumpy, it just felt dirty. They have a pop machine near the pool area and i actually made my boyfriend come with me as i just didnt feel safe at this hotel. I stayed at 4 different Best... more

Stayed 8 nights. Paid only $52 per night, so that made me feel better. Terrible smell coming from tub drain... I didn't want to imagine what must be in there. Old motel, maid barely cleaned room, continental breakfast was lousy, unenthusiastic desk, main road under construction, main road had many traffic lights, about 40 minutes to Disney, etc. more
