We found the exterior of the hotel quite appealing and the sign said rooms $ 39.95. The clerk at the front counter should have tipped us off but being tired we took a room. I can only assume they have rennovated, because I am currently staying in a two room suite and it is just fine. In fact, it's more than I would expect because it has a full kitchen, complete with stove/oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
